Three people are dead following a house fire in North Philadelphia, according to a story from WPVI.

The fire occurred along the 3100 block of North Croskey Street, near Clearfield Street, just before 10 p.m. Monday.

Officials told the news station that three men jumped from the second-floor window of the house to escape the blaze.

WPVI said video the station took of the fire showed smoke billowing from the home as crews worked to contain it.

Firefighters later found two adults, a man and a woman, dead inside the home.

Officials told WPVI a 57-year-old man died at the hospital this morning.

Another person is still in critical condition. An investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing.
